EventStreamNYC features a boss-level technology experience packed into a precisely restored retro Airstream trailer. It’s exemplary of Mode:Green’s luxury integration expertise.

Featuring a Lutron Ketra lighting system, LG Wallpaper OLED TV, custom James Loudspeaker system, and more, Mode:Green designed the EventStream down to the finest details to become a rolling showroom for the company as well as a mobile event space.

About

Mode:Green painstakingly renovated the 31-foot vintage 1977 Airstream Land Yacht, missing no detail. It debuted at the Forbes Travel Guide “Verified” 5-Star Award Ceremony in 2019, and included luxury amenities from Moet & Chandon, Nespresso, 12.29 Scent, and Luxe Bloom.

From Retro to Refined

To prepare for the event, the retro Airstream had to be completely redesigned. It was restored to its shiny finish on the exterior, and fitted with solar panels on the roof. The interior would be illuminated with 97 light fixtures, seamlessly installed in the curved interior walls.

The sleek aesthetic was a challenge for the audio system; the EventStreamNYC required a custom loudspeaker system. Experienced with extreme design constraints of its hospitality clientele, Mode:Green worked with James Loudspeaker to create an architectural loudspeaker solution that would virtually disappear, while providing high-performance audio.

Powered by a car audio amplifier, the EventStreamNYC uses both Sonos and Bluetooth, and includes automated lighting and shading with a Ketra Lutron system. Guests entering the trailer can enjoy a 48-bottle wine fridge and video from a 55-inch LG OLED Wallpaper TV.

The EventStreamNYC provides a unique entertainment, lounge, and demo experience; used for private events, tours, and more, Mode:Green’s expertise is showcased by being completely invisible to guests.
