The Challenge

Pendry Natirar was designed as a luxury retreat where elevated hospitality and refined design come together. With guest rooms and multiple public spaces, the property required an integrated technology solution that could enhance comfort, ambiance, and functionality without detracting from the overall aesthetic.

Mode:Green was brought on to deliver a comprehensive lighting, audio, and room-control system spanning guest rooms, the lobby, spa, meeting room, Natirar Club, and pool deck each with unique functional and experiential needs.

The Solution

Mode:Green implemented a fully integrated technology ecosystem tailored to Pendry Natirar. All 64 guest rooms feature Lutron MyRoom, providing intuitive control of lighting for a personalized guest experience.

In the public spaces, Lutron Athena was deployed to manage  lighting across the lobby, spa, and meeting areas, supporting dynamic scenes throughout the day. Mode:Green also installed premium audio systems throughout the lobby and meeting room, a dedicated audio solution for the Natirar Club, and a weather-ready audio system for the outdoor pool deck.

The result is a cohesive, luxury environment where technology operates seamlessly in the background enhancing comfort, atmosphere, and overall guest experience throughout Pendry Natirar.
