The Challenge

The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) Air Rescue Bureau plays a critical role in aero-medical transport, search and rescue, firefighting, and tactical support for one of the busiest emergency response units in the country. (4^th in the country) With the constant pressure of life-saving missions and disaster response coordination, MDFR required a state-of-the-art conference facility that could serve as a central hub for strategic planning, real-time decision-making, and emergency simulations. The challenge lay in outfitting this facility with advanced, reliable technology that could support high-stakes operations while ensuring seamless communication and coordination among teams.

The Solution

Mode:Green was brought into design and implement a technology solution tailored to the Air Rescue Bureau’s unique operational demands. Working in close collaboration with MDFR leadership, Mode:Green equipped the conference facility with high-performance audio-visual tools, intuitive control interfaces, and robust communication infrastructure. Providing specialized technology and systems that enhance their conference facility for disaster planning

The system allows teams to access live data feeds, collaborate across agencies, and coordinate rapid responses with clarity and confidence. All components were pre-tested and programmed to minimize downtime and always ensure operational readiness.
